Responsibilities
Assisting on a large volume of job requisitions across various business functions using the SmartRecruiters applicant tracking system
Partnering closely with Recruiters to process focused requisitions and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Assessing and reviewing all resumes against job requirements while documenting process steps for compliance and reporting
Qualification
Required
Hold a Bachelor's degree (required) or an AA degree in Human Resources or a related field of study
Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional, fast-paced recruiting environment
Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail while meeting deadlines and are comfortable working in a high-volume role requiring significant multi-tasking
Preferred
Experience with Talent Acquisition Team help desk (Tier 1-3 support, both technical/system support as well as process documentation and high touch customer service experience, Talent Acquisition process, training documentation for front office end and back-office support)
