Responsibilities
Own end-to-end deployment of enrollment marketing campaigns across email, SMS, print, web, and digital channels
Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM-driven campaigns with precision
Manage complex data sets including imports, segmentation, and quality control
Present performance results and insights during regular client calls
Serve as both a technical and strategic partner responsible for campaign outcomes
Qualification
Required
2-7 years of hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as Slate, Marketo, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar tools
Strong working knowledge of email workflows, automation, and dynamic content
Proven experience in a client-facing, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrated job stability with thoughtful career progression
Comfortable working in a hybrid role with consistent in-office presence
