Paralegal
Green Water and Power is a leader in the sustainable energy sector, known for being the #1 electric vehicle installer in America. They are seeking a Paralegal to work closely with engineers, project managers, and in-house counsel on various legal issues related to their business operations.

Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and draft contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements
Assist with negotiating contract terms in collaboration with in-house counsel, sales staff, and business stakeholders
Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting the installation and servicing of EV charging stations and other renewable energy projects
Provide support in preparing legal documents related to permitting, compliance, and licensing
Work closely with staff engineers and project teams to ensure legal requirements are integrated into project planning and execution
Support the legal team in responding to inquiries, preparing reports, and addressing legal issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a J.D. from an accredited law school
Strong interest in renewable energy, clean technology, and commercial contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)
Preferred
Familiarity with contract law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance is preferred
