Partnerships Development Manager
Empiric is seeking a Partnership Development Manager to expand a growing ecosystem of ERP implementers, Microsoft sellers, and consulting partners. This role involves building relationships, executing co-sell strategies, and driving go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities
Build and nurture relationships with ERP, consulting, and Microsoft partners
Identify, onboard, and scale partnerships that generate pipeline and revenue
Lead recurring partner meetings and coordinate joint GTM initiatives (webinars, case studies, events)
Manage outreach cadence and CRM to ensure leads convert efficiently
Qualification
Required
8+ years in partnerships, channel development, or outbound sales (SaaS, consulting, or Microsoft ecosystem)
Proven success in revenue-generating partnerships
Strong knowledge of ERP, EPM, or Microsoft business applications (D365, NetSuite, Acumatica)
Excellent communication skills with consultative selling expertise
U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S
