Execute the dealership F&I sales process ensuring full compliance and disclosure
Drive profitability through the sale of finance products, service contracts, and protection plans
Partner with dealership leadership to meet and exceed F&I performance goals
Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and financial institutions
Deliver a transparent, customer-focused financing experience
Complete all retail documentation accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance standards
Proven ability to influence sales teams and drive profitability
Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills
Proficiency with MS Office and dealership systems
Preferred
2+ years of previous Automotive F&I experience
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
