Program Manager – Microsoft Garage Atlanta

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and deliver Garage programs such as hackathons, workshops, and innovation challenges
Manage prototype project intake, scoping, communication, and execution with stakeholders
Partner with Program Managers in other Garage sites to ensure consistency and best practices
Oversee logistics, scheduling, communications, and event operations
Track engagement metrics, feedback, and outcomes to refine future programs
Ensure alignment with the Garage SOW, Microsoft compliance requirements, and delivery quality standards
Support technical teams, Lab Managers, Learning PMs, and Microsoft partners during hands-on activities and demonstrations
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of experience in program management, events, or innovation programs
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams
