Manage high-volume requisitions related to retail operation positions
Handle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt employees
Prepare job postings and maintain pipeline of active resumes
Manage recruiting efforts from sourcing, phone screen, scheduling interviews and building pipeline of candidates
Handle reference checks and lead employee orientations
Qualification
Required
Must have a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience
Must possess strong time management and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task in a high-volume environment and quickly adapt to change
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
Preferred
preferably in a retail environment
