Responsibilities

Be responsible for specialist level support (Tier2) in one or more areas of Human Resources
Respond to and resolve inbound tickets from employees and external customers
Administer HR policies and procedures that cover multiple HR areas
Maintain confidentiality of department and employee information according to established practices
Possess the ability to organize and priorities workload
Possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Adhere to metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where applicable
Regularly scan knowledge to ensure relevant content is readily available to our employees
Perform other assigned duties and tasks

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
3 -5 years of relevant work experience
Solid understanding of various software/hardware, preferably Oracle HRIS
Possesses strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work well across teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, employees and vendors
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to details
Resourceful, agile, organizationally savvy
