Responsibilities
Produce detailed working drawing and technical packages
Deliver projects ranging from 30 to 300 residential units
Programme and manage workload across multiple projects
Assist with fee proposals and project resourcing
Manage projects and oversee other team members
Review and check drawings to maintain quality standards
Act as a key point of contact for clients, developing long-term relationships
Resolve design and technical issues with practical solutions
Use AutoCAD on a daily basis
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience
Strong experience delivering UK residential projects
Background in developer-led residential schemes is essential
High level of proficiency using AutoCAD
Preferred
Revit experience is beneficial but not essential
