Program Manager – Microsoft Garage Silicon Valley

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver workshops, hackathons, demos, and engagement programs at the Garage Silicon Valley
Manage prototype project intake, scoping, milestones, and communication between DXC and Microsoft stakeholders
Coordinate event logistics, scheduling, materials, and communications
Track program performance, engagement metrics, and participant feedback to improve future offerings
Work with Program Managers, Lab Managers, Learning PMs, and engineering partners to maintain consistent program delivery quality across all Garage sites
Ensure compliance with Microsoft operational and safety standards
Support special initiatives such as startup incubators, student programs, and AI learning events as required
Qualification
Required
3–7 years experience in program management, innovation operations, or event management
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience supporting technical or creative environments preferred
