Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Sales
Newcomb and Company is a full-service mechanical contractor providing innovative heating and air conditioning services. They are seeking a professional to sell, design, and coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC projects, ensuring high levels of customer service and compliance with local codes.

Responsibilities
Operate with a high level of customer service
Estimating environments to include but not limited to crawlspace, attics, mechanical rooms, above drop ceilings, rooftops
Provide design details (including installation lay out and designs) for installation of items ordered by the customer
Obtain signed contracts
Be familiar with local mechanical, electrical and plumbing codes
Order equipment and materials necessary to complete the customer’s order
Arrange for all permits, sub-contractors, and equipment rentals
Produce project job package for supervisor, installers, and warehouse personnel
Schedule project date with customer while communicating with the dispatcher
Handle all financial aspects of sales including, down payments, final payments, rebates, incentives, financing, etc
Offer different options and solutions for customers that best suit their individual needs
Prepare commission request sheets and review all jobs sold and billed for profit margins
Ensure additional level of quality control
Assist in training of new sales personnel
Participate in classes and training opportunities to stay current with new products and trends
Obtain customers through referral
Contact slow paying customers in an effort to collect money due to Newcomb and Company
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Energetic Personality and punctual with attendance and appointments

All candidates for this position should be reasonably physically fit and capable of picking up a 60 lb. tool, piece of equipment or piece of material and moving it about either on a jobsite, at a vendor, our warehouse, etc
