Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Collaborate with marketing and business teams to translate requirements into scalable journey solutions
Configure decisioning logic, offers, personalization, and message orchestration across channels
Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform datasets and profiles
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize journeys for performance and reliability
Ensure best practices around data governance, consent, and compliance
Support testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancements of customer journeys
Provide guidance and recommendations to improve customer engagement and experience
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and digital personalization
Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in designing, deploying, and optimizing omni-channel customer journeys
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, and technology stakeholders
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations and customer engagement platforms
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – Journey design, offers, decisioning, orchestration
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Profiles, datasets, schemas, identity service
Channel execution: Email, Push, SMS, In-App messaging
Data integration using APIs, streaming and batch ingestion
SQL and basic scripting for data analysis and segmentation
Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and real-time personalization
Familiarity with consent management and data privacy standards
