Responsibilities

Design engaging programs to enhance employee connection across locations
Manage and expand the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program
Lead community impact initiatives through Goats Give Back (GGB)
Launch a community impact program tied to customer and partner events
Create toolkits and training for ERG leaders
Utilize project management to ensure program effectiveness and improvement
Build partnerships with executive leadership to support program execution

Required

5-7 years of experience in community engagement and employee programming
Proven experience in building and scaling Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Exceptional project management skills with a detail-oriented approach
Strong communication skills for engaging diverse teams
Ability to develop metrics for evaluating program effectiveness
Experience coordinating across multiple functions and levels of leadership
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, managing tasks across various time zones
