Identify and connect with commercial decision-makers, including:
Property managers
Facilities managers
Commercial building owners
Solar EPCs, developers, and asset managers
Start conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, or your preferred outreach method
Introduce our cleaning & maintenance services (not solar sales)
Qualify accounts and pass them to our team for pricing and execution
Qualification
Required
Independent sales agents who want to build a book of recurring commercial service accounts
Identify and connect with commercial decision-makers, including property managers, facilities managers, commercial building owners, and solar EPCs, developers, and asset managers
Start conversations via phone, email, LinkedIn, or your preferred outreach method
Introduce our cleaning & maintenance services (not solar sales)
Qualify accounts and pass them to our team for pricing and execution
B2B or commercial service sales professionals
Independent operators comfortable with commission-only income
Relationship-driven sellers who understand repeat service models
People who want to build long-term residual income
