Ladders is seeking a Surety Client Executive to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders while collaborating cross-functionally and taking ownership of priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main client contact for surety needs
Build and maintain trust-based client relationships
Tailor bonding solutions based on client operations and financials
Analyze financial documents to determine bonding capacity
Negotiate with surety carriers to secure optimal terms
Support business development efforts and assist producers in client engagements
Collaborate with internal teams and mentor junior staff

Qualification

Surety products knowledgeUnderwriting principlesClient relationship managementFinancial analysisMicrosoft Office SuiteProperty/Casualty licenseRelevant certificationsCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

At least 10 years of experience in the surety or insurance industry
Strong grasp of surety products and underwriting principles
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Experience with Tinubu is a plus
Property/Casualty license and relevant certifications (e.g., AFSB) are advantageous
