Help Desk Technician
Responsibilities
Help employees with technical issues across Windows, Mac, Office 365, VMWare VDI, printers, and common software
Respond to support requests through tickets, Slack, phone, and occasional in‑person help
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for laptops, desktops, connectivity, and applications
Document your work in Jira Service Desk
Qualification
Required
Great customer service skills and a friendly, patient communication style
Basic troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, or connectivity issues
Comfort with Microsoft Office and Active Directory
Ability to work well in a team
Preferred
Training or coursework in desktop support, or hands‑on experience from school, internships, or personal projects
