Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, design and document business and functional requirements of moderate to high complexity, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes, utilizing Agile methodology processes and techniques
Formulate and define systems modifications and enhancements based on both user needs and broad knowledge/understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Manage application testing; develop test plans, test scripts and complete acceptance testing for projects of varying degrees of complexity and system upgrades
Coordinate communication on application issues between internal customers and external vendors/IT partners as part of the project implementation
Create and manage implementation plan for production roll out of new products or processes
Develop, document, and enhance system processes, as appropriate
Create and update training and administration documentation
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience required
6+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role required
Experience with software testing required
Strong customer-service and relationship building skills
Excellent presentation skills
Effective ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to communicate in user-friendly language to both technical and non-technical end-users
Approximately 5% travel is required
Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodology preferred
Experience with large scale projects preferred
Intermediate knowledge of the software development life cycle preferred
Intermediate knowledge of wealth management or banking systems preferred
