Sales Development Representative
Reverus is a rapidly growing Managed IT Services Provider that aims to optimize clients' business functions with integrity. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients, generating pipeline opportunities to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Follow the company’s defined MSP sales process from initial outreach through closing the deal, ensuring every prospect moves through each stage methodically
Leverage customer relationship management tools (e.g., HubSpot & ZoomInfo) to log activities, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain data accuracy
Execute daily prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified meetings with small business managers and mid-market decision-makers
Conduct structured discovery calls to uncover pain points related to IT reliability, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and support costs
Adhere to established follow-up cadences to ensure prompt communication
Report on KPIs weekly, including meetings set, opportunities created, and pipeline value
Actively participate in coaching sessions to improve performance within the sales framework
Qualification
Required
One to three years' experience as a sales development representative within a Managed IT Service Provider or a similar role within the industry selling to small to medium size businesses
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field from a four-year college or university
Familiarity with MSP tools (RMM, MDM, Endpoint Security, Microsoft 365)
Understanding of the managed IT industry
Exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Proven to be self-motivated with an ability to handle confidential information with discretion and thrive in a client-service-focused environment
