Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of accountants, setting clear expectations around quality, deadlines, and client service
Serve as first-level reviewer and escalation point for complex client matters
Oversee delivery of family office services, including cash flow management, bill pay, payroll, and investment tracking
Maintain a strong understanding of client financial structures, including trusts and related entities
Ensure accurate financial statements, consolidations, and customized client reporting
Coordinate information and documentation to support tax and trust & estate planning
Manage multiple client relationships while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within tax preparation, accounting, or financial services
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel for creation and consolidation of financial statements
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a client-first mindset
