Senior Talent Consultant / Senior Recruiter (Full Desk)
PANGEATWO is seeking a true senior recruiting professional to join their team. This role involves owning the full recruiting lifecycle for mid- to senior-level roles and partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles, including Directors and senior managers
Lead and facilitate kickoff meetings, guide hiring managers through decisions, and influence outcomes using experience, data, and market insight
Execute advanced sourcing strategies, including:
Identifying and developing new talent pipelines
Mining ATS systems for qualified prospects
Using advanced querying and project-building tools (not just job postings)
Track and evaluate sourcing effectiveness, adjusting strategies when results lag
Act as an account manager to hiring leaders coaching, advising, and setting realistic expectations
Partner with internal coordination support post-offer while remaining accountable through the candidate’s start date
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5–7+ years of recruiting experience (senior-level preferred; team average experience is significantly higher)
Experience owning searches end-to-end in either agency, corporate environments, or a mix of both
Proven ability to recruit mid- to senior-level professionals (Senior Managers, Directors, or equivalent)
Demonstrated sourcing expertise, including talent mapping, pipeline development, and source analysis
Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence, reset direction when needed, and guide hiring managers through complex decisions
Recruiting engineers and/or IT professionals (but not limited to technical roles)
Experience with recruiting analytics, reporting, or workforce data analysis
Comfort producing routine reports such as weekly open requisition or pipeline summaries
