Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in commonly used accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
Prior experience in property accounting or real estate sector is preferred
