Responsibilities
Own delivery outcomes and production stability for Oracle Fusion ERP integrations, EDI/B2B flows, and API-based services
Ensure predictable releases, clean cutovers, and smooth transitions from build to run
Reduce production incidents, manual intervention, and recurring failures through proactive operational discipline
Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and durable remediation for high-impact integration issues
Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for EDI and external trading partner integrations across Supply Chain, Finance, and Transportation
Own the full EDI lifecycle: mapping, testing, partner onboarding, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization
Oversee and optimize EDI platforms such as Cleo (or comparable), ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and partner reliability
Position EDI as part of a broader enterprise integration ecosystem rather than a standalone capability
Lead and review integrations built on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) connecting Oracle Fusion SCM with internal and external systems
Drive adoption of REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and hybrid integration architectures alongside traditional EDI
Validate integration designs with an operability-first mindset (monitoring, error handling, recovery, scalability)
Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of integration work based on business urgency, risk, and capacity
Balance new development with production support and technical debt reduction
Govern release planning, change control, and go/no-go decisioning across environments
Establish and track KPIs such as availability, failure rates, MTTR, and deployment success
Serve as the primary integration delivery and operations leader for Supply Chain and external B2B integrations
Coordinate across business teams, system integrators, middleware vendors, and trading partners
Mentor and develop internal team members, promoting best practices, documentation standards, and operational rigor
Communicate delivery progress, operational health, and risks clearly to business and IT leadership
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, EDI/B2B, or ERP delivery roles
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion), particularly Supply Chain integrations
Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration patterns
Deep EDI background (X12, EDIFACT) with platforms such as Cleo or comparable solutions
Experience integrating with retail, 3PL, logistics, or drop-ship trading partner ecosystems
Solid understanding of APIs (REST), XML, JSON, flat files, and hybrid integration models
Proven ownership of production environments, release execution, and operational stability
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in CPG, manufacturing, or supply-chain-intensive environments
Exposure to Azure integration or data platforms (ADF, Data Lake, Synapse) supporting ERP ecosystems
Certifications in Oracle OIC/Fusion, Azure, ITIL, or SAFe
