Human Resources Business Partner
Cumberland Farms is a leading convenience retailer seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives with team members and management. The HRBP will partner with district and region managers, advise on workforce planning, and lead talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities
Partner with District and Region Managers to understand their goals and develop HR strategies that support business growth and performance
Advise managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, resolving complex employee relations issues in compliance with legal and company policies
Lead or support the execution of talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, employee engagement programs, and leadership development
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement to include regaular updates to assigned District/Region groups
Ensure HR programs and policies are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Support change management initiatives to enhance organizational agility and effectiveness
Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (e.g., talent acquisition, compensation, learning & development) to deliver comprehensive HR solutions
Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR-related topics
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across assigned business areas
Other assigned duties as designated by HR Leadership team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
Working knowledge of compensation practices, employee and union relations, performance management, and knowledge of state and federal employment laws
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Proven track record of meeting deadlines
Skilled in influencing and building relationships across all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to interpret, apply, and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines
Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Requires travel 30%+ to designated support group region
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
Training in organizational development or change management
