Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, with exposure to AR, cash, inventory, and financial reporting
Perform detailed reconciliations and assist with accounting clean-up, including prior-year data
Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Utilize Excel for data analysis, including pivots and VLOOKUPs
Work within QuickBooks and assist with an upcoming transition to NetSuite
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on accounting experience across AP, AR, and reconciliations
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to multitask
Preferred
Retail and/or food & beverage experience
Accounting degree
