Tolleson Wealth Management is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join their Bank Division for Summer 2026. This role will provide broad exposure to private banking operations, focusing on supporting the Credit Team and gaining hands-on experience across multiple banking functions.

Responsibilities

Assist the Credit Team with back-office tasks, including financial statement spreads, annual credit reviews, and portfolio monitoring

Support documentation and data management for loan files and client records

Participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to areas such as lending, operations, compliance, and client service

Shadow team members to learn about TPB's approach to serving clients and managing risk

Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

Required

Must be an active Sophomore or Junior college student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field

Graduation date on or before May 2028

Minimum GPA of 3.3 (overall)

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Interest in private banking, credit, and client service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must consent to and have favorable consumer report and background check
