Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support CCR’s reporting needs
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
Develop and maintain analysis and reporting templates
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that summarize key insights and trends for management
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs
Support continuous improvement initiatives in data management, reporting automation, and visualization
Collaborate with data owners and technology teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in data analytics, business reporting, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report design)
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentation development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Strong storytelling with data capabilities to craft compelling narratives from insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across business and technical teams

Preferred

Experience working with control, compliance, or risk management functions is a plus
Knowledge of SQL is a plus
