Responsibilities

Partner with designers/researchers to prototype agentic UX flows (multi-turn, reasoning, orchestration)

Build and iterate interactive prototypes for research and demos

Develop reusable internal UX tooling (Figma plugins, automation scripts)

Contribute patterns and examples to a shared Agentic UX Platform

Document implementations and support knowledge transfer

Qualification

Required

8+ years in UI/UX engineering or development

Strong experience building coded prototypes and internal tools

Experience with AI-assisted workflows and/or LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred)

Demonstrated ability to build prototypes leveraging GPT/AI models

Experience working closely with designers/researchers in fast iteration cycles

Familiarity with Figma plugin development, Copilot Studio, or similar tools

Has a portfolio with at least 2–3 coded prototypes, including examples of AI/GPT integration

Comfortable building interactive prototypes, Figma plugins, and lightweight UX agents

Strong communicator with ability to document and transfer knowledge

Preferred

Has hands-on experience with AI-powered UX tools, GPT integration, and internal design enablement
