The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for owning and improving the tech stack that manages investor onboarding, payments, and compliance, while also ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
Continue to develop the investor onboarding, payment processing, and compliance (KYC/AML)
Automate SPV creation, cap table management, and distributions
Develop user dashboards for both investors and funded individuals
Integrate data and payment flows between the SPVs, Fund, and HoldCos
Manage external developers, integrations, or contractors when necessary
Continuously improve platform scalability, reliability, and compliance alignment
Qualification
Required
Full-stack engineer with fintech or investment-tech experience
Understanding of payment rails, compliance systems, and data security
Familiar with blockchain for payouts and wallets
Capable of translating abstract funding models into tangible systems and user flows
Comfortable operating in a lean startup setting with evolving requirements
