Responsibilities
Participates in the development, certification, and maintenance of the Quality Management System
Helps create new quality system documents and automate workflows, supporting ISO and UL audits
Ensures that Battery Energy Systems and other products conform to quality standards
Resolve non-conforming material issues arising in production and keep the production line moving
Qualification
Required
Experience in manufacturing operations in an ISO-certified quality management system
Strong skills in collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira) and developing automated workflows
Good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly and production methods for products involving industrial electronics and controls
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation
Preferred
Experience with multiple ISO9001 audits, specifically in planning internal audits and participating in external audits
3 years experience working in a manufacturing quality management system
Knowledge of UL 9540, NFPA, NEC, and other Battery Energy Storage requirements
Understanding of ISO, TUV, and UL certification and auditing practices
BS in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or similar engineering
