Responsibilities

Oversee the firm's entire IT infrastructure, including managing the relationship with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and all third-party technology vendors

Serve as the main escalation point for all technology-related issues and incidents, working closely with the MSP

Lead the development, selection, and implementation of new hardware and software to improve operational efficiency

Manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effective technology solutions

Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard sensitive firm data

Proactively assess and mitigate technology-related risks

Manage relationships with all technology vendors, holding them accountable for performance, security standards, and service terms

Identify opportunities for technological innovation that align with the firm's business goals

Participate in committee and executive-level discussions, providing expert input and regular reports on IT initiatives
