Handle a mix of real estate disputes: complex unlawful detainers, landlord-tenant, partition actions, lot line/boundary disputes
Handle business litigation: contract, partnership, and banking/enforcement disputes
Draft and argue motions
Attend court appearances
Maintain client contact
Conduct depositions and mediations
Provide occasional trial/arbitration support
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of business litigation experience
Experience in handling real estate disputes including complex unlawful detainers, landlord-tenant, partition actions, lot line/boundary disputes
Experience in business litigation including contract, partnership, and banking/enforcement disputes
Ability to draft and argue motions
Experience with court appearances
Client contact experience
Experience with depositions and mediations
Occasional trial/arbitration support
