Responsibilities
Develop and adjust patterns for women's athletic wear, starting from scratch or modifying existing designs
Collaborate with designers to translate sketches into technical patterns and assess garment fit
Utilize knowledge of knit garment construction to create functional and brand-representative designs
Engage in athlete-facing roles, ensuring patterns meet performance and aesthetic standards
Maintain detailed records of pattern changes using PDM, PCX, PLM, and web-based tools
Support women's golf and tennis apparel projects, providing technical expertise
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in pattern making or adjustments for women's athletic wear
Strong understanding of garment construction, particularly with knits
Ability to create technical clothing patterns from designer sketches
Proficiency in using pattern documentation and record-keeping tools
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with design teams
Preferred
Experience with performance wear and outerwear is a plus
