Desktop Support Technician
SPECTRAFOR is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for a corporate office environment. The role involves hardware and software support, responding to tickets, and maintaining office technology while delivering customer service to end users.
Responsibilities
General desktop, hardware, and software support
Respond to and resolve incident and service requests
Support MS Office and enterprise applications
Manage users and devices via Active Directory and MS Intune
Remote system management and backend office support
Qualification
Required
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service
Experience with desktop support in enterprise environments
MS Intune, Active Directory, ticketing systems, MS Office Suite
5+ years of experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience may substitute for degree
Banking or law firm support experience
Apple iOS support
Adobe Acrobat experience
