Responsibilities
Lead in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and new technologies to inform business strategy
Apply best practices in executing process improvement efforts that drive operational efficiency aligned with strategic objectives
Evaluate potential deals, transactions and strategic initiatives to guide executive decisions
Support the optimization of DET’s content strategy, utilizing performance metrics to ensure alignment with business priorities and audience engagement goals
Collaborate across content, business, and technology teams to drive clarity, alignment, and measurable impact
Prepare and deliver high impact briefing materials and talking points for internal presentations, board meetings, and other executive communications
Qualification
Required
2+ years in strategy, consulting, or investment banking
Experience in Media / Entertainment is strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to conduct data-driven analyses and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Ability to tackle complex business challenges by developing innovative solutions and taking new perspectives on existing approaches
Strong written and verbal communicator with experience building presentations for executive audiences
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AirTable and emerging AI tools (prompting, refining, etc.)
Proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
