Responsibilities
Be dedicated to clients by returning all emails and voicemails within 24 hours
Become an expert on our Case Management Software that you will be using daily
Ensure clients stay well informed regarding the status of their claim
Become an investigator by obtaining medical evidence to support claims
Be excellent with time management by maintain task list goals
Develop case strategies to determine the paths of case success and educate the client on what is needed for case success
Provide client assistance with any needed paperwork throughout the life of the claim
Guide our clients as they navigate the complexity of the Veterans Disability process
Quality is extremely important to our firm. That’s why we have the standards of maintaining at least a 90% on quality scores
Qualification
Required
Compassionate individual to help clients understand the requirements and status of their legal case
Ability to build client loyalty and trust by providing high quality technical services in a high-volume environment
Effective communication skills

Expertise in Case Management Software
