Responsibilities
Global Tax Leader will analyze the impact of new US and international tax laws, identifying opportunities and risk areas
Oversee and support IRS, state, local, and international tax audits as needed
Lead tax return preparation and payments (annual, quarterly, state/local, sales, use, withholding, VAT, etc.)
Manage transfer pricing documentation and inter-company financing, including repatriation
Collaborate with regional controllership and legal teams to ensure compliance and optimize tax obligations
As a Global Tax Leader, you will advise on corporate structure changes, planning opportunities, reorganizations, acquisitions, and divestitures
Communicate tax issues and opportunities to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business strategy
Lead post-merger/acquisition tax integration and support business portfolio changes
Qualification
Required
Graduate or Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; JD or Master of Taxation preferred; CPA is a plus, not required
At least 10 years of progressive, broad tax experience (including international tax) in public accounting, law, or multinational corporate environments
Significant international experience and a strong global business perspective
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills for complex, multinational projects
Proven leadership in tax aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and post-merger integration
Ability to travel internationally as required
Preferred
Familiarity with OneSource Tax Reporting platform is preferred
