Responsibilities

Preparing experimental materials using laboratory protocols and safety guidelines
Collecting and sterilizing dishware and glassware for use in laboratory
Handling and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous materials in accordance with safety protocols
Maintaining accurate records of procedures used to conduct basic experiments
Preparing chemical solutions under the direction of an experienced technician
Maintaining laboratory environment in orderly, operable condition
Stocks and monitors supplies and inventory levels to secure supplies as needed
