Responsibilities
Own company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range modeling, including quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year outlooks
Lead development of financial materials for executive leadership, including Board presentations, earnings-related analysis, investor messaging, and ad hoc strategic reviews
Partner closely with the CFO, SVP, and EVP of Finance & Accounting to support external financial communications and key stakeholder narratives
Oversee strategic finance initiatives such as product economics, pricing analysis, partnership and M&A evaluations, investment decision support, and valuation modeling
Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leaders across Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights
Lead Sales Finance in partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, and HR to support revenue forecasting, performance analysis, incentive compensation modeling, and strategic sales initiatives
Oversee Operational Finance to ensure strong KPI reporting, trend analysis, and a clear connection between operational performance and financial outcomes
Drive disciplined execution across multiple workstreams, establishing clear processes, milestones, and communication cadences while proactively managing risks and dependencies
Continuously improve finance workflows by identifying inefficiencies and championing automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance organization, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
Financial leadership and strategic decision support experience
Experience in operating and financial planning cadence, including forecasting, annual planning, long-range modeling, and KPI management
Experience in a public company environment
Ability to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights for decision-making
Experience overseeing Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Operational Finance, and Sales Finance
Ability to partner closely with executive leadership
Experience in earnings readiness, Board and investor materials, and external financial messaging
Strong investment banking or equivalent strategic finance experience
Ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-intensity setting
Experience in complex analyses and leading critical workstreams
Ability to strengthen execution, scalability, and rigor across the finance organization
Experience in identifying risks and bottlenecks
Ability to leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools
Experience in building and developing a high-performing finance team
Ability to establish clear operating rhythms and accountability
Fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high standards
