Responsibilities
Represent lenders, private equity sponsors, and public and private companies in all aspects of lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending
Work on a highly varied portfolio of transactions for clients on both the borrower and lender side, including lines of credit for public and private companies, syndicated TLA/TLB transactions, direct lending transactions, note purchase agreement private placements, receivables financings, equipment financings, and structured financings
Qualification
Required
Mid-level associate to join US banking and loan finance team
Significant transactional experience in bank financing transactions and related UCC matters
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with sophisticated client teams
Commitment to excellence
Desire to contribute to a friendly and collegial culture within corporate and finance group and firm as a whole
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
Resume or CV is a must for application system
Preferred
Candidates to be located in New York or Washington DC office
Candidates with at least four years of directly relevant experience for Denver office
