Odyssey Information Services is seeking a motivated Level I/II Help Desk Technician to join their IT Support team. This role will provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support the organization’s core technology stack.

Qualification
Required
4 YEARS MINIMUM experience with Windows, Active Directory, O365, and Azure
4 years of equivalent IT support experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite with end users
Ability to manage and resolve Level I/II technical issues
Familiarity with user administration, workstation setup, security principles, and cloud-based services
