Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the ideation, conceptualization, feature selection, and market fit for technological solutions
Drive cutting-edge product development and lead design thinking workshops
Develop innovative technology solutions with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design
Provide thought leadership and day-to-day oversight for product management teams that will research, prioritize, and design feature sets for new solutions
Lead vendor teams and manage a team of about 3-5 product owners/managers in the future
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of product management
Strong design thinking skills
Experience in leading collaborative workshops
Experience overseeing the product lifecycle
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Strong background in user experience (UX) design
Strong background in user interface (UI) design
Ability to shape products that meet the standards of user-centric innovation
