Propane Ninja is seeking a full-time, permanent ERP Systems Engineer to support and enhance their ERP platform as the business continues to grow. This role blends technical development with business systems support and offers direct exposure to real-world operational workflows across service, inventory, accounting, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of custom ERP modules using Python in a production environment

Translate business needs into practical system enhancements

Support ERP workflows

Serve as a technical resource for day-to-day ERP questions and system issues

Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate complex problems when needed

Work closely with Operations, Service, Accounting, and HR teams

Participate in requirements gathering and solution design discussions

Support user training and ERP adoption

Qualification

Odoo ERP experiencePythonERP concepts understandingPostgreSQLAPI integrations

Required

Hands on experience supporting, customizing, or implementing Odoo ERP or comparable ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar)

Working knowledge of Python

Foundational understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows

Ability to work on-site (hybrid) and collaborate directly with cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems
