Wettling Architects is a high-end residential firm located in Soho, NYC, seeking a skilled and personable candidate to join their team as Studio Manager. The role involves managing office operations, marketing efforts, and providing administrative assistance to the Principal.

Responsibilities
Manage office’s use of CRM and Project Management software (Zoho)
Take ownership of the firm’s calendar – schedule & confirm all meetings
Communicate professionally with current and potential clients and act as a liaison between the principal, project managers and clients
Assemble proposals and budget estimates for potential clients
Maintain office material + sample library and overall office organization
Personal assistance to the Principal – manage his schedule and assist with miscellaneous tasks
Perform website upkeep such as collecting and updating images and information on our firm website and social media platforms
Assist with the office’s publication efforts
Coordinate with external PR
Assist project managers with agendas, meeting notes, scheduling, and project presentation (Adobe Suite)
Purchase items on behalf of clients -- lighting, hardware, and other materials
Direct communication efforts with clients and consultants on an as-needed basis
Attend meetings (on site and remote) with clients and consultants on an as-needed basis
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as a design or office assistant
Highly skilled writer who is able to compose client emails, letters, and written statements for marketing documents
Clear, upbeat communication skills a must
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom)
