Responsibilities
Lead and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring effective team performance and safety compliance
Maintain the facility and grounds to ensure adherence to established company housekeeping criteria. This includes, but not limited to, lawn service, snow removal, building maintenance, and janitorial services to the plant and office areas
Work with Site Leader as necessary on equipment and facility projects – including equipment repairs, equipment upgrades, capital projects, process improvements, layout changes, equipment moves, etc
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS systems
Oversee the operation and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, low voltage, high voltage, and mechanical systems
Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues
Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, repairs, and installations with a focus on minimizing downtime
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations related to industrial facilities
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations
Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies necessary for maintenance tasks
Qualification
Required
Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments
Strong management skills
Technical expertise in industrial maintenance
Ability to coordinate complex projects within a fast-paced environment

Preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred, Engineering focus is a plus
Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
Supervising experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
