Responsibilities
Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of tax equity transactions (PTC, ITC, transferability, hybrid structures) across solar, wind, and storage assets
Maintain and expand relationships with tax equity investors, banks, insurance companies, and other institutional capital providers
Evaluate evolving tax credit monetization strategies, including transferability and direct pay where applicable
Structure comprehensive capital stacks, including tax equity, construction debt, term debt, bridge facilities, and sponsor equity
Oversee financial close processes, managing diligence, investor approvals, and closing deliverables
Oversee project-level financial modeling, returns analysis, and sensitivity analyses to support investment decisions and financing structures
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in renewable energy project finance, with a strong emphasis on tax equity structuring and execution
Proven track record closing tax equity transactions for U.S. solar, wind, and/or storage projects
Deep understanding of partnership flip structures, sale-leasebacks, inverted leases, and evolving tax credit rules
Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in project finance economics
Experience leading negotiations with sophisticated institutional investors and lenders
