Responsibilities

Provide administrative support handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc
Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Required

The individual may be required to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 2/3 or more of the work shift
Individual may be required to talk, hear, and use hands to handle or feel, for 2/3 or more of the work shift
Individual may be required to lift up to 25 pounds or more for up to 2/3 of the work shift
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in the English language
Must also possess and utilize listening skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Employee must have experience working with Microsoft Office software applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Employee must comply with the Company's uniform and grooming standards and must wear his or her SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times
Employee must comply with all guidelines and policies set forth in the Corporation Employee Handbook
College degree or similar work experience preferred
At least 1 year of administrative experience required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge, and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history

Preferred

Experience in working in fast paced role preferred
Previous aviation industry experience preferred
