They are seeking a proactive and people-savvy Creator Development Representative to identify and source high-potential creators, manage outreach and communications, and book meetings with Talent Managers for partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities
Research and source up-and-coming digital creators across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Conduct initial outreach and manage ongoing communications with creators
Schedule and coordinate intro meetings between creators and Talent Managers
Maintain and organize creator tracking systems and outreach pipelines
Represent our brand and values professionally in all creator interactions
Share feedback and insights with the team to improve sourcing strategy

Weekly Hour Requirements: Max 20 hours
Based in Los Angeles and able to be in office part-time
