Troon is seeking a Compliance Rover to maintain community standards, safety, and compliance across property amenities and common areas. The role involves regular patrols, conducting inspections, enforcing community rules, and ensuring a safe environment for residents and guests.

Responsibilities

Patrol the golf course to ensure all players have proper authorization and are in compliance with community rules and policies

Conduct routine inspections of all amenity areas to ensure compliance with established regulations

Enforce community rules and policies in a fair, consistent, and professional manner when necessary

Inspect all three satellite pools, ensuring:

Trash bins are emptied as needed

Grills are turned off and safely secured

Pool areas are clean, safe, and compliant

Monitor street parking after 10:00 PM and place violation notices on vehicles parked in violation of community regulations

Maintain a visible presence at the restaurant/bar and demonstrate the ability and confidence to de-escalate and diffuse hostile or confrontational situations calmly and professionally

Identify and report non-functioning street lights or other safety-related maintenance issues to the appropriate department

Document incidents, violations, and maintenance concerns accurately and submit reports as required
