Account Executive
MSH is a publicly traded S&P 500 technology company that is transforming how businesses manage HR, payroll, and workforce operations. They are seeking a driven Account Executive to sell their market-leading B2B SaaS platform to C-level decision makers and manage a full-cycle sales pipeline. This role involves building long-term relationships and requires travel to meet clients.

Responsibilities
Own and close new B2B business in your assigned territory
Sell directly to CEOs, CFOs, HR Directors, and executives
Prospect and develop companies with 50+ employees
Run in-person sales meetings, demos, and closing conversations
Manage your own full-cycle sales pipeline
Close deals and support clients through implementation
Build long-term relationships with business leaders
Travel up to 25% to meet with clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (business or sales preferred)
Experience in B2B sales or a highly competitive sales environment
A history of exceeding quotas and performance metrics
Strong presentation, negotiation & closing skills
Confidence speaking with C-level executives
A consultative, solution-based selling style
High energy, drive, and resilience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or OPT/CPT
Preferred
Sales internships, collegiate sales programs, or full-time B2B experience are all accepted
