Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise cloud environments

Automate resource provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Implement cloud security best practices, including access management, encryption, monitoring, and adherence to federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, RMF)

Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and automated deployments

Configure monitoring, logging, and performance optimization solutions to maintain resilient systems

Architect and optimize cloud networking and load balancing solutions for high availability and secure connectivity

Support migrations and integration with hybrid environments

Develop automation scripts using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash to increase efficiency

Design and implement backup strategies and disaster recovery solutions

Partner with government agencies, DevOps teams, and security engineers to align cloud solutions with mission objectives

Required

U.S. Citizenship

Willing to obtain a security clearance

Minimum 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or systems administration

Certifications: Professional cloud certification preferred

Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of IAM principles, encryption, security monitoring, and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, DoD security standards)

DevOps & Automation: Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code, automation, and CI/CD tools

Networking Expertise: Strong proficiency in cloud networking, DNS, VPN, and load balancing solutions

Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and YAML/JSON
